How accurate is the photo estimate?
It is a rough guide based on what the AI can see: move size and approximate crew requirements. It cannot see access challenges (stairs, parking, lifts), fragile items, or how long the carry will be. Our team always confirms the exact quote based on the full picture. Think of it as a useful starting point, not a price you book against.
What photos should I include?
The main living space, any bedrooms, and anything heavy or unusual: piano, fridge, large wardrobes, a lot of boxes. You do not need a complete room-by-room tour; a few good shots of the bigger items help most.
Are my photos stored or shared?
No. Photos are sent directly to our AI model for analysis and are not stored, logged or shared. The estimate that comes back is text only. No photo data is retained after the analysis is complete.
What if the estimate looks wrong?
